1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within three days of your order, and then take up between 13 - 20 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at MyKiddee has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.Also, tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at marketing@mykiddee.com 

 

2. What's your return policy?

We offer 100% money back guarantee only if the product is defective or damaged. Upon receiving the product you have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense and once we receive the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. To return the product please include your name and order number on the returned products. If your product is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and then returned before a refund is issued.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you cancel your order before it ships. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. If this happens please use our return system to return the product.

 

4. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If your details are incorrect, simply reply to your order conformation email as soon as possible before it is shipped or contact us immediately at marketing@mykiddee.com with the right details.  Once received on time, we will update your details  within 24 hours. No refund will be given if your correct details are not received and the order is shipped

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or damaged -- then simply notify us at marketing@mykiddee.com within 30 days of purchase along with purchase proof and follow the return system for a refund. 

 

 6. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
